Mark Munden is the Founder and President of Four Streams Ministries. His passion is to be a spiritual father to the lost, especially the downcast and the outcast, and guide them to a life of purpose and authentic masculinity through a relationship with Jesus Christ to become Kingdom men.

Prior to co-founding Four Streams in April 2004, he and his wife Laurie served for 13 years with Campus Crusade for Christ working with high school students and families. In those years of discipling teens and leading teams, mission trips, retreats, and conferences, Mark became burdened by the need to reach men of all ages, not just teenagers. Since 2004 Mark and friends of the ministry have been offering men and their families a way to connect with God by reaching them where they live, introducing them to Christ and helping them to grow. In 2008 God open the door to begin reaching into the lives of first responders. Shortly after Mark became a certified Texas peace officer and now one of his primary passions is to touch the lives of fellow law enforcement officers and their families

He is a graduate of Texas A&M University and an ordained minister with a Master's Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He is a trained Exchanged Life Counselor, Life Coach, an Evangelical Training Association graduate teacher, and a Deputy Sheriff and Chaplain.

Mark loves the outdoors and enjoys reading God's Word, dirt biking, 4-wheeling, hunting, talking about real life around the campfire, movies and spending time with his wife (and high school sweetheart) Laurie and their 6 kids.

Tom Fitts is a spiritual father at heart. His story and his love for the Lord uniquely connects him to those who need to recover their hearts from difficulties and trauma, live in the freedom of Christ and step into their life's calling. He reminds our team of Galdalf in the Lord of the Rings. He is gentle, winsome, wise and strong.

Tom met his wife Karen in college at Mercer University where he came to Christ through his brother's involvement with Campus Crusade for Christ. He and Karen later joined Campus Crusade and served at the University of Georgia. Tom graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary  in 1973 and served in vocational ministry and industry for many years before coming to our team.

He and Karen live in the Greater Atlanta area and have two children and two grandchildren.
